Returns & exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in it's original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If there is an issue or damage to the product on arrival, please contact us at info@uppacrickfarm.com with pictures and description of the problem. We will be happy to replace and/or correct the problem.

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies as we are a small business. Some items we prepare on demand to ensure the freshest products possible for you.

Estimated shipping times are 3-5 business days (depending on the item being prepared and shipped) but allow up to 2 weeks depending on how backed up our orders can get for us to fulfill your request.

We do our best to meet the shipping estimate but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
